This Privacy Policy explains how Navbharat B2B ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when businesses use our Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale marketplace platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile application and related services (together, the "Services"). The Platform connects registered Suppliers and Buyers (retailers) for bulk product discovery, negotiation, ordering, payment, delivery and related B2B commerce activities. By registering a business account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
This Policy is intended for business users of the Platform (Suppliers, Buyers, and their authorised representatives) and, where relevant, for delivery partners and administrators who interact with the Platform.
| "Supplier" | A registered business that lists products, wholesale pricing and quantities on the Platform. |
|---|---|
| "Buyer" | A registered retailer/business that discovers, negotiates and places bulk orders on the Platform. |
| "Delivery Partner" | A logistics partner or individual engaged to fulfil pickups and deliveries between Suppliers and Buyers. |
| "Business Data" | KYC, registration, catalog, pricing, order, transaction and communication data submitted through the Platform. |
| "Personal Data" | Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as an authorised signatory, business owner or staff contact. |
We process Business Data and Personal Data where necessary to perform our contract with you (the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the Platform), to comply with legal obligations (such as GST, KYC/AML and consumer-protection requirements), for our legitimate business interests (such as platform security, fraud prevention and service improvement), and, where required, with your consent.
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information as follows:
As a B2B platform, we are required to verify business identity before onboarding Suppliers and Buyers. GSTIN, shop/trade licence and related KYC documents are collected for onboarding approval, invoicing, tax compliance and fraud prevention, and may be shared with government portals or verification vendors solely for these purposes. Unverified or rejected KYC submissions may result in restricted account access.
Where you use business credit, Pay-Later or invoicing features, we (and our lending partners, where applicable) may process your transaction history, repayment behaviour and credit-limit usage to assess and manage your credit facility. Card and bank details entered at checkout are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners; we retain only the minimum transaction data required for invoicing, refunds and accounting.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure Platform performance and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit some Platform features.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards - including access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based admin permissions - designed to protect Business Data and Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain Business Data and Personal Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records for longer periods where required for tax/GST compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law, after which such data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you may:
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 19.
You may request deletion of your Supplier, Buyer or user account and associated Personal Data at any time.
The Platform is intended for use by businesses and their authorised adult representatives only. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors or delivery partner apps. This Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Your information is primarily stored and processed in India. Where data is transferred to service providers located outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
