    Privacy Policy

    Last updated: 08 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Navbharat B2B ("Company", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when businesses use our Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale marketplace platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile application and related services (together, the "Services"). The Platform connects registered Suppliers and Buyers (retailers) for bulk product discovery, negotiation, ordering, payment, delivery and related B2B commerce activities. By registering a business account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

This Policy is intended for business users of the Platform (Suppliers, Buyers, and their authorised representatives) and, where relevant, for delivery partners and administrators who interact with the Platform.

    1Definitions

"Buyer"A registered retailer/business that discovers, negotiates and places bulk orders on the Platform.
"Delivery Partner"A logistics partner or individual engaged to fulfil pickups and deliveries between Suppliers and Buyers.
"Business Data"KYC, registration, catalog, pricing, order, transaction and communication data submitted through the Platform.
"Personal Data"Information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as an authorised signatory, business owner or staff contact.

    2Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide to us

    • Order information: items, quantities, negotiated prices, offers/coupons applied, delivery instructions.
    • Payment and credit information: payment method details, invoices, Pay-Later/business-credit applications and repayment history (card/bank details are processed by our payment partners and are not stored in full on our servers).
    • Communications: chat messages between Buyers and Suppliers, support tickets, dispute submissions, negotiation chat logs, and call/WhatsApp enquiry records.
    • Ratings, reviews and feedback submitted about Suppliers, Buyers or Delivery Partners.

    2.2 Information collected automatically

    • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, access times.
    • Usage data: pages viewed, search and filter activity, products viewed, session duration.
    • Location data: delivery pincode/address checks, and live location of Delivery Partners during active deliveries.
    • Cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 9.

    2.3 Information from third parties

    • Verification results from KYC/GST validation providers.
    • Payment status and settlement data from payment gateways and banking partners.
    • Delivery status updates from logistics/delivery partners.

    3How We Use Your Information

    • To create and verify Supplier and Buyer accounts, including KYC/GSTIN checks.
    • To operate core marketplace functions: catalog display, search, price negotiation, order placement, invoicing and order tracking.
    • To process payments, manage business credit/Pay-Later facilities, settlements and supplier payouts.
    • To coordinate logistics: assigning delivery partners, tracking deliveries, calculating shipping charges and estimated delivery times.
    • To manage offers, discounts, bulk pricing rules and coupon validation.
    • To handle returns, refunds, disputes between Buyers and Suppliers, and to apply penalties where our policies are breached.
    • To provide customer support, respond to enquiries, and resolve complaints or disputes.
    • To generate analytics and insights such as sales dashboards, purchase insights, demand trends and margin tracking, generally at an aggregated business level.
    • To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, undercutting, duplicate listings, restricted products and other policy violations.
    • To send transactional notifications (order, delivery, offers) and, where you have consented, promotional communications.
    • To comply with applicable law, tax (including GST) and regulatory requirements, and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

    4Legal Basis for Processing

We process Business Data and Personal Data where necessary to perform our contract with you (the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the Platform), to comply with legal obligations (such as GST, KYC/AML and consumer-protection requirements), for our legitimate business interests (such as platform security, fraud prevention and service improvement), and, where required, with your consent.

    5Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share information as follows:

    • Between Buyers and Suppliers - to the extent necessary to complete an order (e.g. delivery address shared with the assigned Delivery Partner and Supplier; business contact details shared for negotiation and after-sales support).
    • Delivery Partners - order, address and contact details necessary to complete pickup/delivery.
    • Payment gateways, banks and lending/credit partners - to process payments, refunds, settlements and business credit (Pay-Later) facilities.
    • Service providers - hosting, analytics, SMS/OTP, customer support and communication tool providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
    • Regulators and authorities - where required under applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
    • Corporate transactions - in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality safeguards.

    6Business, KYC & GST Data

As a B2B platform, we are required to verify business identity before onboarding Suppliers and Buyers. GSTIN, shop/trade licence and related KYC documents are collected for onboarding approval, invoicing, tax compliance and fraud prevention, and may be shared with government portals or verification vendors solely for these purposes. Unverified or rejected KYC submissions may result in restricted account access.

    7Payments, Credit & Pay-Later

Where you use business credit, Pay-Later or invoicing features, we (and our lending partners, where applicable) may process your transaction history, repayment behaviour and credit-limit usage to assess and manage your credit facility. Card and bank details entered at checkout are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners; we retain only the minimum transaction data required for invoicing, refunds and accounting.

    8Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure Platform performance and understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit some Platform features.

    9Data Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards - including access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based admin permissions - designed to protect Business Data and Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    10Data Retention

We retain Business Data and Personal Data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain records for longer periods where required for tax/GST compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law, after which such data is securely deleted or anonymised.

    11Your Rights & Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may:

    • Access, review and update your business profile and KYC information from your account settings.
    • Request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about your authorised representatives.
    • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
    • Withdraw consent for optional/promotional communications at any time.
    • Request deletion of your account and associated data, as described in Section 13 below.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 19.

    12Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Supplier, Buyer or user account and associated Personal Data at any time.

    • In-app request: Go to Account Settings > Privacy > Delete Account, or contact Support to raise a deletion request.
    • Email/written request: Send a deletion request from your registered email or business contact to the address in Section 19, including your registered mobile number/Business ID.
    • Verification: We may verify your identity before processing the request to prevent unauthorised deletion.
    • Processing time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
    • What is deleted: Your profile, KYC documents on file, saved addresses, catalog data (for Suppliers), wishlist, chat history and marketing preferences are deleted or de-identified.
    • What we retain: Invoices, GST records, order and transaction history, and dispute/refund records may be retained for the period required under applicable tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws, even after account deletion, and used solely for legal/compliance purposes.
    • If you have an active order, pending payout, unresolved dispute, or outstanding business credit balance, deletion will be completed once the matter is resolved or settled.

    13Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for use by businesses and their authorised adult representatives only. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will take steps to delete it.

    14Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors or delivery partner apps. This Policy does not apply to third-party services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

    15International Data Transfer

Your information is primarily stored and processed in India. Where data is transferred to service providers located outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

    16Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
